FAQ
Return Shipping & RMA Policy

RMA Policy-

REGIONMAX warrants its product(s) to be free from defects in material under normal usage during the warranty period assigned to each of the product(s) you purchased. All REGIONMAX products come with a 1- year limited warranty beginning with the date of purchase. All good return items have a 20% restocking fee. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, REGIONMAX will issue a credit of the item(s) to the customer based on the market price. Our warranty does not cover product damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from abnormal usage, abuse, mishandling, and/or unauthorized product modification. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and notify our sales if any quantity discrepancy or damage.

Customers need to fill out a RMA form (please contact your sales representative) and email or fax it to our Sales Department in order to get a RMA number. The RMA Department will not accept any returns without the product’s RMA number. All Claims must be made thru the RMA Dept.

Customers are responsible for packing returned product(s) within a retailed box and ship it to REGIONMAX for quality analysis and improvement.

Please ship the RMA to:

Return Shipping-

When you have received your RMA number and are ready to ship or deliver the product back to Regionmax, please:

1Package the product securely (preferably in its original packaging). Regionmax will not be responsible for any damage due to shipping.

2Ship ONLY the product(s) for which the RMA number was issued. Regionmax will not be responsible in any way for unauthorized returned product, especially but not limited to product which is sold by Regionmax.

3Mark the RMA and batch number clearly on three sides of the shipping box. Your Customer Care Ticket ID is NOT an RMA or batch number. Shipments missing a legible and correct RMA number marked outside the package will be refused and Regionmax will not be responsible for them.

4Products should be shipped Postage or Freight paid to Regionmax within seven (7) days of issuance of the RMA Number for all retail or e-commerce customers. Regionmax reserves the right to cancel without notice any RMA number for which the product has not been received within 21 days of Authorization issuance, and as per our policy shipments without a current and proper RMA number will be refused. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5Container order wholesale customers must accumulate at least 1 pallet of RMA goods and must have an approved RMA number issued by Regionmax before arranging a delivery truck for pickup. If customers are unable to accumulate at least 1 pallet of RMA goods within 1 year (365 days), customers should contact the Regionmax RMA department.

6Regionmax further recommends that you buy insurance for the value of the product against shipping damage. Remember that you are responsible for the product until we receive it. Regionmax will not be responsible for and does not to warranty against damage of any sort incurred prior to our receiption of the product. In our experience, common carriers will also not be held responsible for shipping damage in cases where packing was insufficient.

7Note that Regionmax will not accept or be responsible for returns without prior approval and an RMA number, or returns that do not conform to our RMA Policies and Warranty requirements. We reserve the right to refuse such shipments or return them to you at your expense.

For E-Commerce Customers-

1. Each RMA needs to be returned in its original box with its original packaging. Other shipping label marks such as UPS and FedEx labels are not allowed on the original box in which it was sold.  In order to protect the product during shipping, we strongly suggest that our customers use another box to repack the product with its original package.

2.  REGIONMAX accepts DOA (Dead on Arrival) items within 3 days, based on the invoice date. Please contact REGIONMAX if you find any defective item in the shipment upon receiving.

3. REGIONMAX does not accept any external issues such as broken lens, scratched lens, broken brackets, etc. after the 3-day DOA period.

4. The 1-year factory limited warranty will cover internal issues such as water damage, broken, loose adjusters, poor plating, etc.

5. REGIONMAX does not accept any RMA items that have poor-fit problems unless the customer provides photos of the defect as proof.

6. Any other special case which is not listed above should be discussed with REGIONMAX before requesting a RMA.
